We primarily service the Bourke and Brewarrina areas. We also extend our support to residents in Enngonia and Louth. Being locally based allows us to provide reliable and consistent care to these remote Western NSW communities.

We are an unregistered NDIS provider, but we are an approved provider for the TACP Program with LiveBetter and are contracted with Australian Unity for aged care supports. Our focus is on supporting participants' goals while meeting all aged care requirements. We offer services to anyone on the NDIS with a current plan, whether plan-managed or self-managed. Our support is available to individuals of all ages, including people with disabilities who wish to build their independence and capacity, as well as seniors who need assistance to remain in their own homes.

We facilitate social, community, and group activities to help increase confidence and social interaction. These are provided at various support ratios, including 1:2, 1:3, and 1:4. We tailor these activities to participants' interests and goals.

Yes. We have a specialized Renault Master van that is fully wheelchair accessible. We use this vehicle to assist with travel and transport for medical appointments, community events, and daily activities.

Respite and STR provide a safe environment for a participant to stay away from home for a short period. This gives primary caregivers a necessary break while ensuring the participant receives professional care and stays engaged in a supportive setting.

Yes. In addition to our local nursing care, we provide access to online allied health sessions. This ensures that our participants in remote areas can still consult with specialists and health professionals regularly.
